Is the course really free?
Yes. You can sign up for free and start learning immediately. Premium plans from €7.99/month unlock unlimited exercises and AI feedback, but the A1 course is fully usable on the free plan.
Do I need any prior knowledge?
No. The course is designed for absolute beginners. We start with the alphabet and guide you step by step to A1.
What level will I reach?
After 10 lessons you'll have a solid A1 foundation (CEFR) and be able to handle everyday situations in German.
How long does a lesson take?
A lesson takes 20–40 minutes depending on your pace. You can do it in small chunks — your progress is saved automatically.
What language are the explanations in?
Choose from 7 UI languages: German, English, Ukrainian, Russian, Polish, Turkish, Arabic. The learning content is always in German — explanations and translations in your language.
Does it work on mobile?

Do I get a certificate?
We don't issue official certificates right now. But we prepare you specifically for DTZ, telc, Goethe and ÖIF exams, which do give recognised certificates.
